Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain advanced automated manufacturing equipment to enhance production efficiency.
- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting of complex mechanical, electrical, and software equipment failures.
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to integrate new processes and machinery into existing production lines.
- Manage equipment upgrade projects, including procurement, installation, calibration, and validation activities.
- Provide technical mentorship and training to junior engineers and maintenance technicians.
- Ensure all automation protocols meet strict international safety and quality standards (ISO/CE).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in an automation or equipment engineering role within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Omron) and HMI development.
- Deep understanding of motion control systems, robotics (SCARA/6-axis), and vision inspection systems.
- Proven ability to interpret technical schematics, CAD drawings, and automation blueprints.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both English and Malay.
- Prior experience in the laser or photonics industry is highly advantageous.
