This pivotal role requires you to expertly set up, calibrate, and maintain complex automation equipment and tooling systems to ensure peak operational efficiency. - Setup, calibration, and optimization of automation equipment and specialized tooling systems
- Troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical, electrical, and control system malfunctions
- Perform mechanical verification and precision alignment of automation components
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for automation equipment
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance automation processes and efficiency
- Document maintenance procedures, repair logs, and performance metrics
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in automation equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong proficiency in mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulic controls
- Experience with PLC programming and industrial control systems
- Ability to interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
- Certification in automation technology or industrial maintenance preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
