Are you a seasoned QA professional passionate about building robust, scalable test automation frameworks? Our team is looking for a Senior Automation Testing Engineer to lead our quality assurance initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing cutting-edge automated testing strategies using Playwright to ensure the highest standards of software delivery.
As a key member of our engineering organization, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to foster a culture of quality. We are seeking a technical expert who thrives in agile environments and is eager to optimize CI/CD pipelines, improve test coverage, and drive efficiency in our deployment cycles.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain high-performing, scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, including smoke, regression, and end-to-end integration tests for web and API-based applications.
- Analyze complex application requirements to create detailed test plans and edge-case scenarios.
- Perform root cause analysis of defects and provide actionable feedback to development teams to resolve bottlenecks.
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices for automation, clean code principles, and test data management.
- Stay current with industry trends and adopt emerging tools to enhance the overall quality lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance and automation testing.
- Proven expertise in developing automation frameworks from scratch using Playwright.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, or Java.
- Deep understanding of REST API testing and database validation techniques.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
