Tanggung Jawab
- Perform advanced diagnostic testing to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic system faults.
- Execute complex repairs on engine components, transmissions, braking systems, and suspension assemblies.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide detailed maintenance recommendations to clients.
- Utilize computerized diagnostic equipment to analyze engine performance and emission systems.
- Mentor junior technicians and apprentices to foster a culture of safety and high-standard workmanship.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations.
- Document all services performed, parts replaced, and labor hours accurately in the service management system.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Senior Automotive Technician or Lead Mechanic (minimum 5+ years preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of automotive diagnostic software and modern vehicle electronic systems.
- Strong understanding of engine management systems, fuel injection, and ignition diagnostics.
- Ability to interpret complex technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer service specifications.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment as required by shop tasks.
- Relevant vocational training, TESDA certifications, or equivalent automotive engineering credentials.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
