Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop cloud-based voice solutions using AWS services (Amazon Connect, Lex, Polly)
- Integrate voice applications with CRM and business systems via RESTful APIs
- Implement IVR systems and CTI solutions for enterprise contact centers
- Optimize voice workflows for scalability, security, and cost-efficiency
- Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive voice user experiences
- Monitor and troubleshoot voice system performance in AWS environment
- Document technical specifications and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in voice application development
- Expertise in AWS services (Amazon Connect, Lex, Polly, Lambda, API Gateway)
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Node.js
- Experience with telecom protocols (SIP, RTP) and CTI systems
- Certification in AWS (AWS Certified Solutions Architect preferred)
- Proven track record of deploying production voice solutions
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for cloud applications
