Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable voice applications using AWS services such as AWS Lex, Amazon Polly, and Amazon Transcribe.
- Integrate voice interfaces with backend systems, databases, and third-party APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
- Optimize Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) models to improve accuracy and reduce latency.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to define voice interaction flows and user journeys.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, technical debugging, and performance testing.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices for cloud-native voice solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, NLP, and voice technology to propose innovative solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on voice or conversational AI.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Deep understanding of AWS architecture, including Lambda, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
