Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and expand B2B markets through strategic canvassing and new client acquisition
- Conduct regular client visits to build relationships and identify business opportunities
- Lead complex negotiations to secure profitable agreements with industrial sector clients
- Monitor and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets across diverse industry verticals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Prepare and deliver customized product presentations and proposals
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline documentation and progress reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in industrial/consumer goods sectors
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with client-facing experience
- Ability to develop and execute market penetration strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent client visits
- Goal-oriented mindset with demonstrated sales achievement
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
