Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of B2B sales professionals
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the salt industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the salt or food industry
- Proven track record of leading and developing sales teams
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with sales management software and CRM systems
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
