Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee complex financial data processing, ensuring 100% accuracy and strict adherence to client service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform detailed account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain compliance with internal financial controls, global regulatory standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and status updates for management and key stakeholders.
  • Validate documentation for investment operations, ensuring that all processing logs are audit-ready at all times.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of quality and performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in back-office financial operations, investment processing, or middle-office roles.
  • Strong technical proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with financial accounting software.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional data with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, suitable for a multinational corporate environment.
