Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee complex financial data processing, ensuring 100% accuracy and strict adherence to client service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform detailed account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain compliance with internal financial controls, global regulatory standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and status updates for management and key stakeholders.
- Validate documentation for investment operations, ensuring that all processing logs are audit-ready at all times.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of quality and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in back-office financial operations, investment processing, or middle-office roles.
- Strong technical proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with financial accounting software.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional data with meticulous attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, suitable for a multinational corporate environment.
