Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems and APIs that support core business functionalities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using modern frameworks and best practices
- Optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of trading platforms
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features on time
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development with languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js
- Strong experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in database design and management (SQL and NoSQL databases)
- Understanding of RESTful API design and GraphQL
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English; Indonesian language proficiency is a plus
