Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, design, and implement high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend services using Go (Golang).
- Lead efforts in database optimization, including query tuning, schema design, indexing strategies, and performance monitoring across various database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL).
- Develop and maintain systems capable of handling extreme concurrency and high traffic loads with minimal latency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, front-end developers, and DevOps engineers to define APIs, integrate services, and ensure seamless deployment.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, troubleshoot production issues, and implement preventative measures to enhance system stability.
- Drive best practices for code quality, conduct thorough peer reviews, and mentor junior engineers on Go development and system design principles.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development lifecycle, tools, and infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Go (Golang) in a production environment.
- Demonstrable expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-concurrency, low-latency systems.
- Deep understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, including advanced SQL, data modeling, performance tuning, and scaling strategies.
- Solid experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong analytical capabilities, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
