Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure backend services and RESTful APIs for our healthcare ecosystem.
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of microservices, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with product and clinical teams to define technical requirements and translate them into engineering solutions.
- Optimize database performance and manage data pipelines for analytics and reporting.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, maintaining system health and uptime.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, advocating for their adoption where appropriate.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Expert-level proficiency in one or more of the following: Java (Spring Boot), Go, Python (Django/FastAPI), or Node.js.
- Extensive experience designing and building microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Deep knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of security best practices in application development (OWASP, data encryption).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
