Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and product managers to define, design, and implement new features.
- Optimize database performance, ensure data integrity, and implement efficient data storage solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and design patterns.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural planning, and technical decision-making processes.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues in a hybrid work environment.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the engineering team's practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, Go).
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies.
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a hybrid schedule.
