Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using professional techniques and equipment
- Train and mentor junior baristas on brewing methods, customer service, and operational procedures
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies while maintaining optimal stock levels
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and product knowledge
- Develop and implement seasonal drink specials to drive customer engagement
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards across all coffee preparation areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create seamless food and beverage pairings
- Contribute to positive team culture through effective communication and teamwork
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional barista experience with advanced coffee preparation skills
- Certification in coffee brewing techniques (e.g., SCA, Barista Guild) preferred
- Proven ability to train and mentor junior staff members effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to handle high-volume service
- Strong knowledge of coffee bean origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic inventory management and cash handling experience
- Proficiency in POS systems and café operation software
