Tanggung Jawab
- Expertly prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using advanced brewing techniques
- Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee preparation, customer service standards, and operational workflows
- Develop innovative seasonal coffee recipes and maintain quality control across all beverages
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies while optimizing cost efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols for all equipment and workspaces
- Lead peak-hour operations while maintaining exceptional service standards during high-volume periods
- Collaborate with management to enhance customer experience and implement service improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of professional barista experience with advanced coffee preparation skills
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Proven leadership experience in training and mentoring junior hospitality staff
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to handle complex customer interactions
- Strong inventory management and cash handling capabilities
