Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and pastries according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including regular cleaning and calibration of coffee machines and preparation areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all guests.
- Train junior baristas and maintain high standards of bar performance and workflow efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, including coffee beans, milk, and syrups, and assist in stock replenishment to minimize waste.
- Monitor quality control procedures to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and service speed.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new drink specials and improve menu offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Senior Barista in a reputable cafe or restaurant setting.
- Proven expertise in espresso extraction, milk steaming, and advanced latte art techniques.
- Strong knowledge of coffee bean varieties, brewing methods, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and customer engagement.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
