Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using advanced brewing techniques
- Maintain exceptional hygiene and cleanliness in coffee stations and kitchen areas
- Train and guide junior baristas on beverage preparation and customer service standards
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and related supplies
- Develop seasonal beverage promotions to enhance customer engagement
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional barista experience with advanced brewing knowledge
- Certification in coffee preparation or related hospitality training preferred
- Strong understanding of coffee bean varieties, roasting profiles, and flavor profiles
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to handle high-volume environments
- Basic inventory management and cash handling proficiency
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
