Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and train junior baristas in coffee preparation techniques and customer service standards
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
- Develop new coffee recipes and seasonal specials
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and feedback
- Monitor and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring optimal performance
- Assist in creating a positive and collaborative work environment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a barista, with at least 1 year in a senior role
- Extensive knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and preparation techniques
- Strong leadership skills with experience in training and mentoring junior staff
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of coffee equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
