Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily barista operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Train and coach junior Baristas on coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
- Ensure all coffee products meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting coffee station environment.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of coffee beans and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest inquiries or complaints efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and brewing methods.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and milk texturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Relevant barista certification is a plus.
