Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the coffee station and service area.
- Train and mentor junior baristas on espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Manage inventory and supply levels to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Monitor and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Create an engaging and welcoming ambiance for all customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista, preferably in a specialty coffee shop.
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, extraction methods, and milk steaming techniques.
- Proven ability to create latte art.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the coffee industry and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Willingness to be based in Sesetan, Denpasar Selatan.
