Tanggung Jawab
- Craft and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, filter coffees, and signature drinks in accordance with company standards.
- Mentor and train junior baristas on extraction techniques, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Manage cafe inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring waste, and maintaining stock levels.
- Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the workstation and cafe area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide warm, professional, and knowledgeable service to guests, making personalized recommendations.
- Monitor and calibrate coffee equipment (grinders and espresso machines) to ensure peak performance.
- Assist in the development of seasonal drink menus and promotional strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns with a service-oriented mindset.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a specialty coffee shop or high-end cafe environment.
- Deep understanding of coffee theory, including bean origins, extraction science, and brewing methods.
- Proven ability to create consistent, high-quality latte art.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate team members.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach to service.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and cafe POS hardware.
