Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages and refreshments consistent with company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and well-maintained.
- Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables, placing orders as needed.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service, handling inquiries and feedback with care.
- Train and mentor junior staff or new team members on beverage preparation and shop procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Handle cash register operations and process payments accurately.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Barista or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machine operation, and milk texturing.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock rotation.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume periods with composure.
