We are seeking a passionate Senior Barista to join our vibrant team at Calf Coffee and Milkbar in Bekasi. As a key member of our hospitality crew, you will be responsible for the daily operational excellence of our outlet, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining our signature coffee standards. This role requires a dedicated professional with expertise in coffee preparation, team leadership, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our diverse clientele. You'll play a pivotal role in upholding our brand reputation through meticulous attention to detail, efficient workflow management, and continuous quality improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily outlet operations including coffee brewing, beverage preparation, and inventory management
- Lead and mentor junior baristas to ensure consistent quality and service standards
- Develop and implement innovative beverage recipes aligned with seasonal trends
- Ensure exceptional customer service through personalized interactions and order accuracy
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols across all workstations
- Optimize operational efficiency through workflow planning and resource allocation
- Collaborate with management on staff scheduling, training programs, and performance feedback
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of progressive barista experience with specialty coffee expertise
- Proven leadership ability in training and mentoring junior staff
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build customer loyalty
- Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory and stock management
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality standards
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Relevant certification in coffee preparation or hospitality management preferred
