As a Barista at LSE Attrus, you will be the face of our brand. You will have the opportunity to master the craft of coffee making, from perfecting the espresso shot to creating beautiful latte art. Senior Baristas will take on leadership responsibilities, helping train new staff, manage inventory, and ensure high standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages and teas according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment at all times.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to ensure a memorable experience.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and rotating stock.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- For Senior Baristas: Train and mentor junior team members, oversee daily shift operations, and drive quality assurance initiatives.
- Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed.
Kualifikasi
- For Senior Barista: Minimum 1-2 years of professional barista experience in a specialty or high-volume café.
- For Junior Barista: No prior experience required; a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for coffee, food, and delivering high-quality hospitality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and latte art (preferred for Senior role).
- Valid work authorization for Malaysia.
