Tanggung Jawab
- Craft high-quality specialty coffee beverages following strict brand standards.
- Mentor and coach junior baristas on espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Manage daily cafe operations to ensure smooth workflow, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Engage customers with expert menu recommendations and storytelling about coffee origins.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
- Maintain and calibrate brewing equipment to ensure consistency in every cup.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally to uphold the cafe's reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop.
- Strong background in espresso extraction science and manual brewing methods.
- Proven leadership experience or a track record of training staff.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric personality.
- A deep passion for the specialty coffee industry and industry trends.
- Flexible availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of cafe inventory and POS systems.
