- Develop and execute innovative cocktail menus featuring premium ingredients and local specialties
- Lead bar operations during peak hours while maintaining inventory control and cost efficiency
- Mentor junior bartenders on mixology techniques, service standards, and responsible alcohol service
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety protocols, and liquor licensing regulations
- Collaborate with F&B team on seasonal promotions and themed events
- Manage bar inventory, ordering, and waste reduction practices
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and upselling opportunities
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years bartending experience in premium hotel or high-volume establishment
- Expert knowledge of mixology, spirits, and international cocktail trends
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food handling credentials
- Strong leadership skills with ability to train and motivate teams
- Exceptional communication and guest service abilities
- Basic mathematical proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
