Holiday Inn is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Bartender to join our vibrant team in the heart of Farrer Park. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages.

In this role, you will uphold the renowned standards of the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment, possesses deep product knowledge, and takes pride in maintaining a sophisticated and welcoming bar atmosphere. Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to IHG quality standards.
  • Maintain full knowledge of the bar menu, including wine pairings, craft cocktails, and premium spirits.
  • Provide attentive, professional, and friendly service to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Manage bar inventory, equipment maintenance, and stock levels to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including strict adherence to liquor licensing laws.
  • Train and mentor junior bar staff on techniques, service standards, and brand policies.
  • Handle guest inquiries and feedback with a solution-oriented and professional demeanor.
  • Maximize revenue by promoting signature drinks and upselling premium product offerings.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bartender, preferably in an upscale hotel or high-end bar environment.
  • Deep understanding of mixology, spirits, wines, and classic cocktail preparation.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, guest-centric attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a high-volume setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Working knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
  • A valid Food & Beverage Safety/Hygiene certification is highly preferred.
