- Design and develop scalable Power BI solutions using DAX and advanced data modeling techniques
- Optimize Snowflake data warehouses for efficient ETL processes and complex analytics
- Create and maintain interactive Cognos reports aligned with business KPIs
- Develop complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and integrate multi-source data
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement data governance practices to ensure data quality and security
- Lead BI solution architecture and performance optimization initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in BI development with 3+ years Power BI expertise
- Advanced proficiency in DAX, SQL, and data modeling methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Cognos platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Certification in Power BI or related BI technologies preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences
