Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and orchestrate the full end-to-end bid lifecycle for complex, multi-million dollar opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, legal, and finance teams to develop winning commercial strategies.
- Manage bid timelines, ensuring all internal milestones and client deadlines are met with precision.
- Draft, review, and refine high-impact bid content, ensuring clarity, compliance, and strategic alignment.
- Lead bid kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and post-submission debriefs to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all bid submissions undergo rigorous quality assurance and governance checks.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the evolution of bid management best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or tender management within an IT or professional services environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct line authority.
- Proficiency in CRM and proposal management software (e.g., Salesforce, Qvidian).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex commercial and technical requirements.
