Tanggung Jawab
- Lead BIM coordination for ACMV systems across project lifecycles
- Perform clash detection and resolution for mechanical systems
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models per project specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on design integration
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean building codes and BIM standards
- Mentor junior BIM coordinators and train team on BIM best practices
- Generate BIM deliverables including coordination reports and MEP documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of BIM coordination experience with ACMV systems
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD MEP
- Certification in BIM management or related technical field preferred
- Strong understanding of Singaporean construction regulations (BCA standards)
- Experience leading cross-functional BIM coordination teams
- Proven ability to resolve complex MEP coordination challenges
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
