Senior BIM Coordinator - Construction (Main Contractor)

We are seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to lead our Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives across multiple high-profile projects. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the development and management of 3D to 6D BIM models, ensuring seamless integration of architectural, structural, and MEP systems. You will work closely with project teams to drive digital construction strategies, enhance collaboration, and deliver projects with exceptional quality and efficiency.
As the Senior BIM Coordinator, you will set the standard for BIM excellence within the organization. You will develop and enforce BIM execution plans, conduct regular model coordination meetings, and ensure adherence to industry standards such as ISO 19650. - Lead and manage the BIM team across multiple construction projects.
- Develop and maintain 3D to 6D BIM models throughout project lifecycles.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP systems to ensure clash-free models.
- Implement and enforce BIM standards and protocols (ISO 19650).
- Conduct regular model reviews and clash detection using Navisworks.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to align BIM deliverables with project goals.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior BIM coordinators and modelers.
- Support the digital construction strategy and drive innovation in BIM processes.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of BIM coordination experience, ideally with a main contractor.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC.
- Strong understanding of BIM dimensions (3D to 6D) and levels of development (LOD).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with BIM execution plans and collaborative workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional certification in BIM (e.g., BIM Specialist) is a plus.
