In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of digital construction, bridging the gap between design and physical delivery.
As a key member of our engineering division, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of high-fidelity Building Information Models (BIM). You will act as a technical advisor for complex tenders and active operations, ensuring that digital twins are not just created but leveraged for maximum site efficiency, safety, and project lifecycle optimization. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and coordination of complex 3D/4D/5D Building Information Models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide expert technical support and advisory to operational site teams and project management stakeholders.
- Support the tendering department by producing accurate, high-quality BIM visuals and data-rich models for project bids.
- Implement and maintain rigorous BIM execution plans (BEP) to ensure high standards of data integrity and consistency.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary clash detection and resolution workshops to mitigate construction risks.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and consultants to ensure integrated digital workflows across all project stages.
- Keep abreast of industry advancements in BIM software and digital construction methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in BIM coordination and modeling within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of Singapore BIM standards, BCA requirements, and common data environment (CDE) workflows.
- Demonstrated experience in model management and clash detection processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
