We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team in Bukit Merah. This role is pivotal in ensuring the technical success of our residential developments, bridging the gap between design concepts and construction reality.
As a Senior BIM Modeler, you will lead the coordination process, ensuring that building information models are accurate, compliant with industry standards, and optimized for site execution. You will work closely with architects, consultants, and project managers to streamline workflows, mitigate risks, and enhance overall construction efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, manage, and maintain high-quality 3D BIM models for complex residential projects throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Lead BIM coordination meetings with sub-contractors and consultants to identify and resolve interdisciplinary clashes.
- Generate accurate shop drawings, 2D documentation, and quantity take-offs from the BIM model.
- Ensure project models comply with BCA BIM submission standards and internal quality control protocols.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior modelers and technical staff.
- Coordinate with the site team to track model vs. site progress and update as-built documentation.
- Optimize BIM workflows and implement automation tools to improve project efficiency and reduce rework.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in BIM modeling, specifically within Singapore's residential construction sector.
- Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/Construction Cloud.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, authorities' requirements, and BCA BIM submission guidelines.
- Proven track record in clash detection and BIM coordination for high-rise residential buildings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- BIM Manager or Coordinator certification (e.g., BCA BIM Specialist) will be considered a distinct advantage.
