Tanggung Jawab
- Create and maintain high-detail 3D BIM models using Revit and industry-standard software
- Perform comprehensive clash detection and coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP systems
- Develop BIM execution plans and establish modeling standards for complex construction projects
- Generate construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and material take-offs
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical conflicts
- Mentor junior BIM staff and implement best practices for model accuracy
- Integrate sustainability and prefabrication requirements into BIM workflows
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Architectural Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional BIM modeling experience
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and Singapore building codes
- Certification in BIM management (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional)
- Experience with multidisciplinary coordination and clash resolution
- Proven ability to deliver complex BIM projects on schedule
