Join Santarli Construction as a Senior BIM Modeller and lead our digital transformation initiatives in the construction sector. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing cutting-edge BIM standards that streamline project workflows, enhance collaboration, and ensure precision in our architectural and engineering documentation. This role requires a technical expert who can optimize BIM processes across project lifecycles, from conceptual design to construction documentation. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to maintain model integrity, resolve complex coordination issues, and drive innovation in digital construction methodologies. As a key stakeholder in our BIM strategy, you'll contribute to improving project efficiency, reducing errors, and delivering high-quality construction outcomes that meet industry standards and client expectations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive BIM standards for sheet layout, layering, modeling processes, and drawing formats
- Lead BIM model coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
- Create and implement BIM execution plans for major construction projects
- Train and mentor junior BIM staff on best practices and company protocols
- Conduct regular model audits to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Integrate BIM workflows with project management systems for seamless data exchange
- Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of BIM modeling experience in construction or AEC industry
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, ArchiCAD, and Navisworks
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and Singapore construction codes
- Certification in BIM management (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional)
- Experience leading BIM coordination on large-scale projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
