Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed Building Information Models (BIM) for various construction projects
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into BIM solutions
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and best practices across all projects
- Perform clash detection and coordination between different building systems and disciplines
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior BIM specialists and coordinators
- Stay updated with the latest BIM software, tools, and industry trends
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our BIM processes and workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of construction processes and building systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Certification in BIM management or related field is highly desirable
- Experience with Malaysian construction standards and regulations
