Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct preliminary design of Building Management Systems (BMS) for various building types
- Perform plantroom sizing and specifications to ensure optimal system performance
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for BMS projects, ensuring budget compliance
- Execute detailed design and technical calculations for BMS implementations
- Assist Director/Associate Director in project management and client communications
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless system integration
- Oversee implementation and commissioning of BMS solutions
- Provide regular system maintenance and troubleshooting support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS design and implementation
- Proficiency with BMS software and design tools (e.g., Niagara, Tridium)
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and building automation principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex technical challenges
- Excellent project management skills with ability to meet deadlines and budgets
- Exceptional communication and teamwork capabilities for multidisciplinary projects
- Professional certification in BMS or building automation is highly desirable
