Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for Building Management System (BMS) implementations
- Design and commission HVAC, lighting, and energy control systems for commercial buildings
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including electrical, mechanical, and software engineers
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analysis for BMS projects
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Green Mark standards and international building codes
- Develop project documentation including schematics, test plans, and operational manuals
- Manage stakeholder communications and client relationships throughout project delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in BMS project engineering with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Professional certification in LEED, BREEAM, or equivalent sustainability standards
- Expertise in Niagara Tridium, Siemens Desigo, or other BMS platforms
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards and Singapore's building regulations
- Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and timeline constraints
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM modeling, and project management tools
