Are you an experienced Senior Boiler Technician looking for a challenging role with a leading property management firm? CBRE is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in the Central Region. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance and operation of medium to large-sized buildings, industrial systems, and critical equipment. Your expertise will ensure the seamless functioning of our facilities, contributing to the comfort and safety of our tenants. As part of our engineering division, you will play a key role in facility management, ensuring that all boiler operations meet strict safety standards and regulatory requirements. We are looking for a proactive individual who can manage pressure effectively and deliver high-quality service during all shift hours.
Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and repair high-pressure boiler systems, ensuring compliance with all local safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Monitor and control boiler operations to optimize fuel efficiency and reduce energy consumption costs.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on piping, valves, pumps, and associated control systems.
- Perform water treatment testing and chemical balancing to prevent scale, corrosion, and system failures.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and outages during assigned shift hours.
- Document all maintenance activities, repair logs, and energy consumption data accurately in the company database.
- Collaborate with the facility management team to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure building readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Boiler Operating Engineer (BOE) license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Senior Boiler Technician or similar role in the building services industry.
- Strong knowledge of combustion principles, water treatment, and pressure vessel safety.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Valid Singapore Work Permit or Citizenship.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Relevant vocational training or certification in mechanical engineering.
