Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers
- Prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheets, income statements)
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and reporting
- Coordinate bank reconciliations and financial audits
- Process payroll and employee compensation records
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of senior bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
