Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle high-level inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professional precision.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by identifying needs and providing efficient, effective solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly performance KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain deep knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Collaborate with team leads and management to improve workflow and service delivery processes.
  • De-escalate complex customer issues while maintaining a positive and brand-aligned tone.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in an international BPO or high-volume call center environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding high-performance sales or support targets.
  • High proficiency in CRM software and general computer navigation skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented culture.
