Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain a robust portfolio of shipping clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Actively source and execute bunker fuel trades, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
- Analyze global market trends, price fluctuations, and supply/demand dynamics to inform trading strategies.
- Manage end-to-end trading operations, including negotiations, contract administration, and logistical coordination.
- Collaborate with internal departments (credit, operations, and finance) to mitigate risks and ensure smooth transaction lifecycles.
- Conduct regular client meetings to identify business opportunities and expand market share.
- Monitor credit exposure and ensure strict adherence to company risk management policies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and sales forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bunker trading or the marine fuels industry.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Strong existing network of ship owners, operators, and industry counterparts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and trading platforms.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
- Deep knowledge of maritime geography and logistics is highly advantageous.
