The Opportunity
We are looking for an accomplished Senior Business Analyst to lead strategic initiatives within our Consulting & Strategy division. This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigour, deep business acumen, and a profound understanding of organisational development and change management. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end business analysis processes, from complex stakeholder engagement and meticulous requirements gathering to implementing robust, evidence-based change management frameworks.

Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define and document business requirements, strategic goals, and process improvement opportunities.
- Lead change management initiatives, including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and communication strategies.
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis, identifying gaps and recommending data-driven solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit requirements and build consensus across diverse teams.
- Collaborate with UX researchers to translate user insights into actionable business requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, functional specs, and traceability matrices.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of implemented solutions against defined metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices within the business analysis practice.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Organisational Development, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 8-10 years of proven experience in business analysis, change management, or organisational development.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMP, PROSCI, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
- Deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong command of business analysis tools, techniques, and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, SQL).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a consulting or agency environment is a plus.
