We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the Central Region on a contract basis. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that project requirements are clearly defined, documented, and executed. You will lead requirements gathering sessions, conduct stakeholder interviews, and facilitate workshops to understand and translate business needs into functional specifications. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing business processes, improving system efficiencies, and supporting the implementation of enterprise-level IT projects.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines. You should have a solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Experience in creating detailed business cases, process flow diagrams, and user stories is essential.

- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to document business needs and objectives.
- Analyze and document current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Create detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories for development teams.
- Facilitate clear communication between business units and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states and propose solutions.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment to ensure timely delivery.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with QA teams to validate solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or technology sectors.
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements elicitation, and documentation techniques.
- Experience in data analysis using SQL, Excel, or visualization tools like Tableau is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and prioritize tasks effectively.
