Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
- Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive management.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses and ROI evaluations to support strategic decision-making.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT developers, project managers, and business units.
- Monitor project milestones to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in the Information & Communication Technology or Global Services industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
