Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities and propose data-driven solutions
- Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Document functional specifications, user stories, and process flows using industry-standard methodologies
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to define project scope
- Validate technical solutions against business objectives and ensure compliance with organizational standards
- Develop and maintain process models, data flow diagrams, and requirement traceability matrices
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on analytical deliverables and milestones
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis with proven track record in ICT environments
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation techniques (BPMN, UML, user stories)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio, SQL) and project management methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent professional development preferred
