- Bridge communication gaps between clients and technical implementation teams

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in ICT sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP/PMP) preferred
