ManpowerGroup is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the vibrant Singapore River area. This is a contract opportunity for a driven professional with over 5 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of end-to-end business solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Own the end-to-end Business Analysis lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, and final delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and functional specifications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate solution quality and compliance.
- Ensure all project deliverables align with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
- Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations effectively.
- Identify process gaps and recommend actionable improvements to enhance business operations.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis to ensure the solution meets business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks, SDLC, and testing methodologies.
- Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships and facilitating workshops.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, MS Visio, and Confluence.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
