Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements for software development teams.
- Conduct deep-dive process mapping to identify bottlenecks and propose efficiency-enhancing solutions.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing user stories based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Facilitate effective communication and workshops between technical squads and non-technical business partners.
- Perform comprehensive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure solutions meet established business requirements.
- Analyze performance metrics and data trends to provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT/Software development environment.
- Proven expertise in requirement gathering methodologies, process modeling (BPMN), and UML.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, SQL, or visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with an emphasis on data-driven decision making.
