- Lead end-to-end business analysis for critical projects, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive business analysis experience in technology-driven environments
- Expertise in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and process modeling methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks and iterative development cycles
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is highly desirable
